Refund policy

At FXC Unique, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because many of our items are custom-made, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

 

All Sales Final on Custom Orders

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Custom items include (but are not limited to):

  • Custom apparel

  • Personalized designs

  • Made-to-order prints or merchandise


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect

  • Include your order number

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method


Non-Custom / Ready-Made Items

For non-custom items, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Color variation due to screen/monitor differences

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Orders with incorrect information provided by the customer


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • FXC Unique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses
